OMG! These are awesome and exactly what I need. The English paper piecing sometimes is tough to push the needle through. I am doing hexagons and the last push through card stock and 4 layers of fabric or more at the corner….OUCH! Thank you for showing me these! I have been trying to use a thimble but it is too bulky and unnecessary for the rest of the hexy.

I started using thimble pads to hand quilt but now I use them for any needle work. Congrats to the lucky winner. You won’t be disappointed.

I would love to try these thimble pads. I was English paper-piecing yesterday & my middle finger got poked & was really sore. I could use these & think they would really help! Hope I win. Love the pictures of Linda’s groups’ blocks too.

Oh I have to add, I often do needle work before church. We usually sit in the same place and one Sunday when I got to our pew I opened the Hymnal and there it was….staring back at me…..my thimble pad that I had obviously forgotten to remove from my finger the previous week. No one at church probably even knows what a thimble pad is. Cracked me up, and my husband too. I gently peeled it off the page, stuck it back on my finger and took it back home with me. Sneaky little things!

A great little product for the thimble-averse! (I have seen a statistic claiming that 50% of those who sew do not use a thimble.)
