I had some time this afternoon to work on my tumblr page. Oh, please click here so that I don't think the time was spent in vain :-). If you don't follow me on twitter, instagram, or facebook, you'll see the photos I've posted lately. The tatooed chicken is sort of worth a look.
A short story about the chicken… it's big and up on a sign pole in a not-so-lovely part of Hot Springs. I had to circle back to take the picture. A patrol car was parked underneath the chicken and I was pulled into a scary-looking liquor store parking lot in front of him, with iPhone out snapping photos. I wondered what he was thinking… but I just had to get a photo of this tatooed chicken! The print you can't read under the wing says 'Don't be a chicken' — meaning just go ahead and get a tatoo. I didn't.
I've also started a show & tell group in flickr. This page has real fun potential. Again, please do click here. I've posted the first photo. Click, add your photos to the group. Come back often. I'm going to love seeing how you use our patterns but I think you all will enjoy seeing what gets posted even more!

Hi Becky , your pics on Tumblr are very nice. Im lost with all the tweets and other stuff. I just use blogs chat or email, maybe Facebook ..Too much info for my head , I just wish I could sit and quilt with other friends of like mind around my living room 🙂 Anyhow I have posted here a few times and you have responded to me so I just wanted to let you know I was hacked last night and my whole blog was taken away and also my google email . Blogger said I was hacked because they didnt do it. Im glad I did not put my pics of family on my blog ( Patchysails2000) because they would have those too. Anyway I just wanted to let you and all others who were kind enough to post on my blog , I now have a new addy but no blog yet.Thank you Izzy R

Well. Who knew a blog could be hacked! Im sorry. I know that keeping a blog takes some time and it would hurt to have that stolen. That said, best not to dwell on it but to move on. Maybe do a little sewing! Thanks for writing,

Thank you Becky for your reply …Want to laugh ??? It turns out the email I gave you after being hacked , doesnt work either . LOL LOL LOL ! I had a few write to me and found out that email does not work. So here is another in case anyone should feel inclined to send a note ..Thank you Becky I will still enjoy your blog until I have another one set up..:) IzzyR
