Logitech came through… who knew!

Just a quick update. I took cissak's advice and called Logitech about the keyboard. The very nice fellow who answered my call took the information and then said they would send me a new one. How about that! So, while Best Buy is never getting another dime from me, I will remember that Logitech is just fine.

  1. I find addressing issues with the manufacture usally gets results. I once contacted a company about a malfunctioning labler I had had for a year and then sent me a new one free!

  3. I’m not surprised that Logitech came through. I, however, AM surprised at Best Buy’s behavior. Really customer un-friendly.

  4. Yep, we often start with the manufacturer if have problems. They seem much more customer focused than any of the big box stores these days. Glad it worked it out!
