Through a class with you about two years ago, I learned the wisdom and ease of using applique pins for hand applique instead of normal pins – no more pins poking me again. Funny to be as old as I am and still learning new things. Your class was one of my favorites where I learned new ways to applique with step by step pictures and instructions for difficult points, corners, and more which greatly improved my applique stitching. I appreciate your teaching and the accompanying book to which I have referred many, many times as I perfected the techniques. Also, your beautiful and whimsical patterns and books always make me happy. Thank you so much for passing on your knowledge.
