I am curious about your comment that you use Wonderfil perle cotton for “some embroidery” – are there caveats or exceptions to this? I am just beginning to do more embroidery and would like more information about this product – is it better? worse? just different from other perle cottons?

I would use this when I need a thicker thread for embroidery and, for me, that isn’t very often. This is not a ‘divisible’ thread like floss… you can’t make it less thick than it is.
