Excited to hear more about your trip. I need some Inspiration to get back to my sewing machine. (No yoga, but I’ve been swimming laps, backstroke & assisted with a foam neck doodle to support my neck. But 40 laps at a good clip 3-4 times a week throughout the winter! ) But there must be a way to focus on both swimming/healthAND quilting!

I do need to write a blog post now that I’m home! I’m impressed with your swimming… I can practically smell the chlorine :-). And, yes, it is true that it’s hard to fit in everything. I almost always have hand sewing in the evenings and that keeps me sane. It also helps to put sewing time on your calendar. In fact, I’m going to do that right now!
