Mary Kortegast has been selected by the random number generator to receive this gold wool ring! Pin cushion rings provide a handy place to park your needle or pins as you are sewing. The base that holds the wool ball is made of lovely turned wood. The balls themselves are colorful felted wool that is nice and dense.
I’ll be back with another Giveaway next Wednesday. Until then you can shop for all sorts of sewing notions, books, and other fun stuff at pieceocake.com!

How adorable and convenient.

This would certainly save the arm of my couch, which is where I usually put the needles while I’m changing thread!

This looks like fun, like those rings my young granddaughters wear when they pretend to be queens and or princesses. I’d love to have one.

I love finger pincushions for hand piecing! Hint: I place only five or seven (an odd number – and one I can remember) in my finger pincushion. It really does not take many pins to piece an entire block! After a piecing session, when I stand up, I check to be sure that I have the same number of pins in the cushion that I started with – this saves hubby, kitty, and me from finding pins with our feet!

Looks great for appliqué pins. Our quilt shop does not carry cool little items like this. I’ll have to share with them the picture
