It may be ugly, but this leather thimble is perfect for people with arthritic or hard-to-fit fingers! You put it together yourself to fit your own finger, making it completely customizable. For more information and instructions, including a video, click here.
I’ll be back with another Giveaway next Wednesday. Until then you can shop for all sorts of sewing notions, books, and other fun stuff at pieceocake.com!

Maybe this would end my search for a thimble I like!

I am going to have to get one. I have an assortment. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my fingers aren’t straight anymore but I still do my needle work the silicone ones work but they don’t keep the warmth and I’m thinking the leather may keep the warmth which will make it easier to stitch, and then I can stitch longer. I am going to try one.

Many year ago I bough a thimble made from deer hide. The store owners mother had shot the deer, tanned the hide and made the thimble. Best thimble I ever had, needle would not go through the hide. I would love to try this one.
