corralling bobbins is always a challenge! Anything that can help is much appreciated. And the idea about keeping appliqué bobbins together is genius, because that’s what I appliqué with most often, bobbins.

Since I inherited my mother’s and my grandmother’s leftover bobbins, I could definitely use more Bobbin Boats for storage! (I have a round Bobbin Boat and it is great–it holds bobbins so well!) I love the bright colors they come in, and the smaller size would be great for travel as well!

I like the idea of using bobbins for applique thread – in one of these boats they would be so much easier to carry than the bulky thread case I have now or what I usually do when I am traveling – throw the colors I need in the project bag which gets messy
