Wednesday Giveaway – Book 4!

This week I’m giving away another out-of-print book — our first how-to-hand applique book. Linda and I self-published this book in 1998. It’s a classic :-).

And the winner is …. Rebecca Schnekenburger!

(Last week’s giveaway book, Stars in the Garden, is available as a download pattern. Click here to shop.)

I’ll be back with another Giveaway next Wednesday. Until then you can shop for all sorts of sewing notions, books, and other fun stuff at pieceocake.com!

  1. My quilt guild just finished our opportunity/raffle quilt with your Stars in the Garden pattern.  The binding is going on this week!  I’d love to win your vintage applique book to add to my collection!  Your designs are so inspiring and I love to just sit and browse a good book like yours sometimes!! Thank youLynn RayLrayquilts@aim.com

  2. Applique is my favorite way to stitch. I made the Stars in the Garden quilt several years ago and it took awhile but I loved it and still do. I used the freezer paper method.

  5. Hi,   I tried to comment on your blog but was asked to enter my password for this email.  I’m not sure why, but it didn’t work. I always loved applique and now that my grandchildren have expressed interest in stitching, your book would be a perfect addition to my library.Thank you for a generous giveaway. Ann in PA

  6. This is one of your books I do not have and would love it. I probably have 8-9 of your and Linda’s books and love them all! Thanks for the chance to add to my collection!
