Bird Week Giveaway #3 is a songbird scissor charm!

Scissor charms add a touch of whimsy to your scissor and make it easier to identify which one is yours. But that’s only incidental to their real purpose. But, briefly, attaching a scissor charm to the correct finger grip makes sure that the serrated blade is on top of the fabric and the smooth one is on the bottom. This helps the fabric you’re cutting glide smoothly, not snagging on the serrations.

We have a wide variety of colors and attached “charms” in stock. Reds, blues, purples, greens and yellows. The little metal charms come in the form of sewing machines, buttons, thimbles, scissors, “I Love Quilting” plaques, etc. Please include any color or charm preferences in your comment.
