I am picking up where I left off in my last post. Here is the view as you walk in:

And this is where we sat to stitch and visit with those who came in. I have to say that not being able to speak French cut down on the visiting but everyone did their best and there were lots of smiles.

Quiltmania did a marvelous job of displaying our quilts. I wish I could take that sofa home!
I’ll take some more pictures of the show floor today and try to post them before heading home. I’m home for a day and a half before heading to Houston and then Huntsville, TX, to teach. Spring Market is right after that. I’m almost halfway through a month of traveling and I admit that the time home, even if it is short, is going to feel good.

what a great display the room is just lovely and perfect setting for your quilts! Love the turquiose whicker!!
I love the applique quilt done with the white back ground and the goldish background which book/pattern is this the one that has 2011 onit!! I think that should be my next project

It was a great pleasure for me to visit your little house at Pour l’amour du fil and to attend your class on last Wednesday. I learnt a lot and enjoyed the fun of the class too. Have a safe and good trip back to Texas and Colorado!

This place is an inspiration to us to also make a quilts. Because it is good to see those colorful display that inviting us to make our own. Learning quilt is such a great fun.
