This actually was a PR video put together by the police department (although I think it was found on a review of actual “natural” dashcam footage) so he knew he was being taped. Said he learned to sing this song with his daughter. What a gift to her, being such a fun, involved dad, and to the community. He’s awesomely good and very funny. Loved it!
