This week’s winner is Dotti Jones. Congrats to Dotti :-).  If you are not Dotti and still want to make Welcome to the North Pole the book is still in print and is available here. Happy stitching!

  1. Your quilts have such a whimsical, fun nature to them. In this case the pattern is fun and whimsical. Often it is the fabrics that you choose. I suspect it relates to your personality and thus, you are fun and whimsical as well!

  2. Hi there! What a wonderful book! I have been looking for something unique to make for my first nephew’s child, who was born 3 months early. Thankfully, Phoenix is a little fighter and is growing stronger each day. His Dad and I have a very very special nephew/aunt relationship. So I want my quilt to be extra special for his son. Phoenix was supposed to be born December 25th, our Christmas gift! This pattern is just magical enough to fit the bill for Phoenix. If I start soon, I hopefully could have it done by Christmas. Thanks for the chance!

  4. Every time I see your work I just want to say WOW!
I’d love to win and would definitely try to create my own Santa’s Village.
I’m still new to applique and looking at your quilt inspires me to try to create more.

  5. Love any book that has Christmas patterns…I make LOTS of table runners for a charity fundraiser every year in the fall, and have included many of your designs since the applique is so portable. This book will give me even more ideas….I want it, I want it, I want it….LOVE your designs.
