Wednesday Giveaway

Mary Kastner is the lucky winner this week. She will receive the 2 spools of Dazzle thread. You can embroider with it or use it in any of the Purl & Loop Weavers. (Don’t forget about the weavers… they are great fun.)

If you aren’t Mary but would still love to have some Dazzle of your own, click here to find spools in more dazzling colors.

  1. I’m not familiar with Dazzle thread, but it looks beautiful. Will it work in a machine for threadplay, or is it better as bobbin work or couching? Either way, it looks super fun to create with. Love your colors and the price looks very reasonable.

  2. I would love to have this thread. I took a wool embroidery class and the instructor had some we could try. Sadly Dazzle and Eleganza threads are not available in my area.

  3. Reading today’s post makes me want to run upstairs to my sewing lair and grab a needle, some thread, and some fabric. I think I will. As always, opening my e-mail on Wednesdays is a treat because of Piece O’ Cake.

  4. Such wonderful thread. I would love to win these as I do a LOT of hand embroidery and other hand work. They would be a perfect addition for my embellishments.

  5. I love the shine on both colors. I have not worked with these threads. I am anxious to try them out. Thanks for sharing new threads and techniques with us.

  6. I would love to win these threads and monkey around with them. I really appreciated your blog about funerals and death, it’s a part of life we need to do better at handling. Listening and just being there. ❤
