Wednesday Giveaway

Wendy Thibodeau will receive the slightly crunched copy of The Best-Ever Applique Sampler! Congrats to Wendy!

This book will teach you how to appliqué the Piece O’ Cake way. It is a comprehensive guide where you will find everything you need to know about hand appliqué. The written instructions are clear and complete. The photos are up-close and informative. If you are not Wendy, you might want to order a copy now :-).

I’ll be back with another Giveaway next Wednesday. Until then you can shop for all sorts of sewing notions, books, and other fun stuff at pieceocake.com!

  2. I have always wanted this book. So I hope to win it. You are so generous every week giving something away. I want to thank you for continuing this practice over the years.
I seem to be focusing more on applique lately more than piecing. The pictorial story-telling is my focus now. I’m doing one of my life for my grandchildren. This quilt or book will include transfers, embroidery, and some funny things too.

  3. It is always amazing when something you have been thinking about just pops up and there for you to enjoy. This is one of those times. I truly hope it comes my way, but whoever receives is will truly be given a gift. Thanks for the offering. Judy

  4. I want this book so badly. I am recovering from knee replacement surgery and spending my time reading through my quilting books.

  5. I need to learn how to hand applique. After sewing my current projects applique pieces by sewing machine, I know hand appliqueing would have been much better. If only, I knew how. Thank you.
