Jean Kearney is this week’s winner and she will receive a pack of 50 Magic Fine Quilting Pins. They are 0.5mm thick and 1 3/4″ long and don’t melt under the heat of an iron. If you are not Jean and would like some of these pins, you can find them here 🙂.

I’ll be back with another Giveaway next Wednesday. Until then you can shop for all sorts of sewing notions, books, and other fun stuff at pieceocake.com!
Would love to try these!

Your video on how to choose batting was super helpful! Thank you for today’s video on how to choose the actual quilting of the quilt. I had never seen this tip before – lightbulb moment for me. Lol
I probably missed it, but am interested to know your preferred method of removing sharpie from your vinyl sheet. Is there a specific weight to the vinyl? Also, do you find the vinyl getting stiff or discolored after a time from use?
May thanks for all your good advice!

You can try using alcohol but mostly the sharpie is on the vinyl forever.
