Wednesday Giveaway…

Jean Kearney is this week’s winner and she will receive a pack of 50 Magic Fine Quilting Pins. They are 0.5mm thick and 1 3/4″ long and don’t melt under the heat of an iron. If you are not Jean and would like some of these pins, you can find them here 🙂.

I’ll be back with another Giveaway next Wednesday. Until then you can shop for all sorts of sewing notions, books, and other fun stuff at pieceocake.com!

  1. I am always on the look out for the “perfect” pin. Maybe these are it! I like that they can take the heat of an iron.

  2. Your video on how to choose batting was super helpful! Thank you for today’s video on how to choose the actual quilting of the quilt. I had never seen this tip before – lightbulb moment for me. Lol
I probably missed it, but am interested to know your preferred method of removing sharpie from your vinyl sheet. Is there a specific weight to the vinyl? Also, do you find the vinyl getting stiff or discolored after a time from use?
May thanks for all your good advice!

  3. I’ve seen these but have not tried any yet. I did buy a box for my close friend who appliques all the time and she loves them. My fingers are crossed! Thanks for offering them this week.

  5. I have tried those pins and they are great. I got the pink ones and they are a little longer than I like. I have to try the blue ones next.
