We received a sample of Moda’s new Mini Charm Project – the French Pocket – and are passing it along to this week’s lucky winner – JaNelle Erickson! The project includes the pattern, instructions, 42 1″ hexagon papers and a pack of 42 2.5″ squares to create a standalone “pocket” (small holdall or cross body bag).

I’ll be back with another Giveaway next Wednesday. Until then you can shop for all sorts of sewing notions, books, and other fun stuff at pieceocake.com!

This is so cute! I need a new project.

I enjoyed the visible mending bit. Reminds me of my school days, I made my mom a pocket in that style in the early 80’s.
