Wednesday Giveaway

UPDATE: Congratulations to Barb Jensen, the lucky winner chosen by the random number generator. I thank you all for leaving such lovely comments! Happy stitching to you all.

This week’s giveaway is a copy of Fresh Picked Posies. It was published in 2011 and I do still have some copies in print, while they last. Click here to find them. The cover on this one has a little tear, but the instructions and patterns are good to go.

Here’s the whole quilt:

To leave a comment, scroll down and look for the box. Or you might see a little icon that looks like a thought bubble at the upper right at the top of this post. That will open the comment section. Scroll to the bottom to find the box in which to leave your comment/reply.

I’ll use a random number generator to choose a winner Thursday morning, April 6, 2017. Good luck!

  1. Your color choices and fabric selections have always fascinated me but mine never turn out so fresh your stuff

  2. Love this book. Have wanted it for years, but never got it. I would love to make this quilt. I love hand appliqué. I use your method of appliqué and have never gone back to any other method.

  3. I love your patterns and just finished the blocks on flourishes. Can’t wait to finish it and maybe start another one

  4. My applique group makes a set of blocks to donate to our Sarasota, FL guild for the “block auction” at our quilt show. The money raised from the auction goes to support the guild’s education programs. This would be such a cute pattern for us to use to make the blocks. I bet they would bring a really high bid!

  5. I started quilting because of the wonderful appliqué quilts you designed, they are such cheerful quilts. It just takes me a really long time to complete.

  6. Thanks for the opportunity to comment. I love your quilts. If I don’t get re-elected to Town Council in 2018, I’m going back to applique and quilting!

  7. Have been a fan for years and I took a workshop with you when you were last in North Carolina. Thanks for having so many wonderful patterns and books.
