Wednesday Giveaway

Diane H. has won a Pendant Thread Cutter made by Clover. You can put it on a cord and wear it which is nice for on the go sewing. But you can also stick it in a spool and use it the cut apart chain-pieced units. It’s a twofer (two uses for the price of one!).

I’ll be back next Wednesday with another Giveaway. Happy stitching!

  1. Becky, you are so clever. I’ve worn it, or slipped it on my key chain, to take it with me on flights in lieu of scissors. (Unwilling to take the chance that someone might make me toss a pair of scissors I’m fond of, regardless of the rules.) But I had never thought of sticking the cutter into a spool! “Don’t you beat all?!”

  3. Thanks Becky for sharing all that you know; do and goodies too. Your very kind and generous.
I love the clover thread cutters and have one that I love, your other favorites are spot on too. No one can live without a Sand board or needle threader as they all make life so much easier. Thanks and many blessings to you.

  4. I just took Becky’s Magical Unicorn class at the North Carolina Quilt Symposium. I love the technique, as well as the pattern.

  5. I’ve heard of these cutters but never have seen one up close. I didn’t realize they were this big, referencing the picture of the spool of thread. Nice.

  6. I did have a cutter like this before superstorm Sandy destroyed all my sewing supplies, have been replenishing as I need things. I would love to have another cutter. Watching the news this morning about flooding in Texas, know the devastating effects such flooding causes. Praying for all the people affected by this. Texans have certainly had more than their share of devastating storms the past couple of years. Love all your Applique videos!
