I love your TIME OUT CLASS. I use a Silver thumb thimble from Ted Storm from the Netherlands. I took a hand quilting class from her years ago. She stated thumb quilting puts less pressure on you hand. I am taking your hand quilting class and I have ThimbleLady thimble but i have a hard time quilting coming forward toward me. I quilt away from me but I am trying to do both.. I am enjoying your class even tho I am an intermediate quilter. Thank you .

I’m glad you are enjoying the hand quilting class! It’s so relaxing, once you get into the swing of it. I have not yet mastered the thumb thimble but I work on it :-).

This pattern has always seemed too difficult with all those points. EPP papers make it seem possible. Looks fun!
