Wednesday Giveaway

MaryAnn P is this week’s winner and she will receive a Sewline Glue Pen. I use this glue pen to baste the seam allowances to the paper in English paper piecing. It’s fast and easy. Use a light hand with the glue; it doesn’t take much. Congrats to MaryAnn!

I’ll be back with another Giveaway next Wednesday. Until then you can shop for all sorts of sewing notions, books, and other fun stuff at pieceocake.com!

If you missed this week’s newsletter, click here to go to my Newsletter Archive. There is also a link in the sidebar.

    • Glue sticks are amazingly handy for hand work, tucking in seams, EPP, and aligning fabric edges for sewing so the fabric doesn’t shift. Those are just a few ideas.
Also I’m hoping to get in to your new class on the next round!!

    • It would depend on where you use it and if you wash the quilt afterward. If you do, it should wash out. In EPP, if you put the glue on the paper, there shouldn’t be much residue on the fabric.
